IN 2002,
My family's oven from the early 50's broke. My parents envisioned remodeling our kitchen with new appliances and counter tops as well as putting on an addition. Fast forward a decade, and they're still holding out for that remodel. Since then, we've all become quite the experts in toaster oven cuisine.
Some of my undertakings include making dozens of Christmas cookies 6 at a time every year, whole roasts of meat, breads, and other entrees.
The purpose of this blog is to give inspiration and ideas to those who are limited to tiny work spaces but still need to cook large amounts of creative, delicious food. I will be uploading pictures and sharing recipes and tips!
